YOU Travel Napier is a family business. Stephen and Gail Jennings founded the agency and still run it today - alongside their son Tyler and consultants Zara, Sarah, and Veronica. Between them, the team has lived and travelled across Europe, Asia, Africa, South America, and the Pacific. They know the world, and they know how New Zealanders like to travel through it.
We've been part of the Hawke's Bay community since 1997 and have booked 21,820 trips since 2002. Our TAANZ membership, IATA accreditation, and CLIA certification mean we meet the professional standards that protect you - including issuing airline tickets directly from carriers, something many agents cannot do.

If something goes wrong while you're away, we're contactable 24/7 and we take it on so you don't have to.
